You get a written price for the whole scope before we start, and the number does not change unless you change the plan.

A remodel is the cheapest moment you will ever have to replace galvanized, brittle CPVC or pinholed copper hiding in the wall. We repipe the exposed runs in PEX or copper before the drywall goes back.

How a Remodel Plumbing Job Runs
Four stages, in the order the other trades need them.
Plan against the fixtures
We read the layout and the fixture specs you chose — valve depths, drain locations, flange heights — and check them against code before anything is demolished.
Rough-in
With the walls and floor open, we run supply and drain lines to the new locations, set the shower valve and tub drain, and add shut-offs. Two to three days for a full bath.
Test and inspect
Supply pressure-tested, drains water-tested, and the inspector signs off before drywall, tile or flooring goes on. Nothing closes over an untested pipe.
Set the fixtures
After the counters, tile and floor are finished, we come back to set the toilet, faucets, sink and shower trim, and check every connection under pressure.
